I moved into Palomino Crossing in 2011. The old staff were very helpful and always courteous. It has been nightmare after nightmare with the current owners. They took over and not making current tenants aware of their policy they just started enforcing rules that no one had any idea about. Parking is a nightmare. They sit in the office and wait for people to park in the "Future Resident" parking and then tag your car to be towed. I was a victim of two crimes in 7 days. First time I went in the office I got from the property mgr "she didn't have time to talk to me could one of the others help" I found that very dismissive since I was a paying tenant. Second time my apartment was entered by someone with a key and they burglarized it. There was no forced entry so it was definitely someone who works there or used to work there. I was told there were teenagers climbing in patios. My patio was never tampered with. After I told them I don't feel safe and got lie after lie about not being able to break my lease. The property mgr decided to let me out, however I think there is something going on there that they are covering up. The only good thing about the apartment complex is the pool and dumpster u can find them at any apartment complex in Tucson. Be very careful security sucks and so does maintenance.
