Resident 2016 - 2017

12/18/2017

Unfortunately, I do not have any good things to say about this place. I watched a break in happen at 5:00 a.m. where two gentlemen were walking the cars and opening doors and taking things, only to be ran off by one of the owners walking out at the same time as me. I have never seen a complex reuse their carpet so much; it's rather disgusting to still smell the last tennants' pets long after they've left. They charge $50.00 for water, and this changed conveniently after the new pool and water line replacements. Charging more for rent and water while making upgrades...strange. The office manager Denise is going through her second mid-life crisis and has the customer service skills of a honey badger. They allow people to clutter their balconies well beyond a fire hazard and I can't go one week without seeing at least two squad cars in the complex, and they aren't there for a courtesy patrol. One guy walks his dogs off leash and the office staff has been notified and refuses to address this, as it's against Arizona state law. I won't go into the bed bug and roach issues since so many people have addressed this already. All in all, I wouldn't sign another lease if it was the last place on earth to live. The wash out back has better amenities.
