They recently got bought out and they weren't great before then, but their service has gone down the toilet since then. Their website doesn't let you submit anything, whether it's a maintenance request, credit card info for online payments, or even a support request to let the webmaster know that the website isn't working. Their phone system says to leave a message and then is just silent, rather than actually telling you it's recording, which they claim is because it's high-tech, and there's no deposit slot on the building for after-hours checks, which, since the website doesn't work, means you have to actually be home during their office hours in order to pay the rent. Additionally, they've stopped giving a breakdown of each month's bill. Utilities are metered for the whole complex and then divided by apartment, so I have to pay for my neighbors' air conditioning. They've also apparently stopped bothering to pass maintenance requests on to the maintenance staff, as I've put in multiple requests to have broken glass cleaned up from the grounds and been ignored. The office staff have also been super patronizing and generally rude since the buyout. It's possible that they were always like this and the lack of website functionality is just forcing me to interact with them more often. Also, the laundry room isn't maintained and is generally filthy, as is the pool.
