If you don't mind living in a large complex, this is a great place. The grounds are well kept and maintenance quickly responds to requests. Facilities are abundant and clean. One of the downfalls of living here is that it is a large complex and the proximity to not yet mature servicemen who like to drink heavily, party unreasonably loud and occasionally do not make it to their bathroom. I am grateful when these tenants move on. Oftentimes, this behavior spills out into the parking lot which many bedrooms face. If they show you an apartment on the outer perimeter, think carefully. The scariest downfall is the 42 page lease you are now forced to sign since there is now a remote overseeing management company. This lease ignores tenant rights you relinquish in signing the document, which the onsite management has no room to amend when information is not applicable to this particular property. I moved in here when all management decisions were kept in house. The lease also requires a 60 day advance notice for move out, and if you do not sign a new lease your rent will be increased, mine was increased by $40/month. This is probably the new way of doing business in large apartment complexes, I understand. I am still searching for a smaller complex and saving up extra money so that I can move out.
