I am very sorry that you are unhappy. Because your posting is anonymous, please contact the community office so we can address all of your concerns. Our pest company will be happy to inspect your apartment and take the necessary measures to remedy any issues you may have. The community office is locked at all times that a team member is not present and closes at 5:30 pm during the winter months due to shorter daylight hours. Our team takes pride in addressing all HVAC concerns the same day they are received. I would like the opportunity to discuss and address your concerns right away - Sincerely Nicki
Our team spends a lot of time on the property assessing needs and addressing issues. Certainly trash in the hallways or on the grounds is not acceptable and we strive to keep the community as clean as possible. Notices are issued to anyone leaving trash next to their door and follow up is made with them. With such a large property and over 70 hallways it is difficult for us to walk through every one every day and we appreciate any reports that we receive from our residents. Thank you for sharing your concerns with us. We are sorry to hear your experience in our community has been so difficult. You are able to submit work orders over the phone, in person or online and we address every concern that is brought to our attention. Residents are not charged for repairs unless the resident personally caused damage to the doors, windows, appliances, drains, etc. We have recently installed new washers and dryers to minimize the need for repairs.
