The office staff is really great. Carly helped me a lot in understanding the move in process, since this was my first apartment. Everyone including neighbors and staff are friendly. Just wish there was more open parking in the back of the complex.

My experience here has been pretty good. Most of my neighbor's are very nice people who are easy to get along with and courteous to other residents. The facilities here are generally well kept and maintenance requests are taken care of promptly

Love it so far. The neighbors are nice. The Jacuzzi needs to be a little hotter. Overall I've had a great 2 weeks of living here so far. I like that it's dog friendly. Everyone is pretty quiet and kept to self.

Considering that I have lived at some of the worst apartments, this is one of the better ones. Management needs assistance with communication with tenants. Policies tend to change on whim. but the maintenance men are outstanding, most jobs fixed with 24 hours. See More

Great location for the Eastside and a good value for the price. Friendly community and safe area. These apartments are great if you have pets. No restrictions on breed or size and no pet rent monthly just the deposit unless it's a service animal.
