New manager... new improvements....
actually seeing some improvements... maintenance person hired 4 days out of 5... attitudes are favorable regarding changes needed. It seems like the feelings/opinions of tenants matter to new manager. Efforts are being made to make the place look cleaner, brighter, safer. The operation manager of the Dunes changed hands from mother to son and this seems to have made a difference. Major revisions are planned to begin this fall. Be careful not to believe EVERYTHING you read.. this place hovers over some past tenant issues. Because of this, attitudes and behaviors involving these people continue to be negative. What reason did manager give for the "pile up" of things in the workout room? Did you even ask about it or are you just complaining about it? I cannot think of a thing that I have brought to management's attention that has not been taken care of. Positive attitudes are just as effective as negative judgements and remarks. Try spreading some around and give this new manager a chance. It took a while for things to slip into disrepair, therefore it will take some time to get the Dunes into shape again.
