This apartment community is not worth the rental rate. The boiler has been down for 6 months. Residents are forced to use space heaters, which reflects in your electricity bill. I have no idea what will happen in the winter. Will I have to purchase 3 space heaters? Ridiculous!

Hopefully the recent improvements on the boiler and heater systems have improved.
