Their holding deposit policy sucks. The minute you put down the $500 you will loose it. It is not so they can process the credit check and you do not have 48 hours to make your decision. As soon as they approve you which can be immediately or 5 hours or 10 hours from when you sign the reservation form you are locked in and you really do not have 48 hours. It is a joke. Read everything carefully. Read it twice, three times. Bring someone to double check your reading. They charged us $1000 for deposit and their flyer says $700. If the apartment is what you really want then go for.
