You will have to sue in Laguna Hills Court to get your deposit back so video tape your final clean and walk through, the Judges there are in the tenants FAVOR!
Walls are thin as paper and you can hear every word fight, bark,cough or vacuum !
Western National (------------) does not care at all so don't write the CARE department , if they did care they would come interview the tenants here.
The only thing we like after all our years are the 2 maintenance workers (white).
Get rig of TARA , she hates her job and should go back to sales because she is a true two faced liar!!!!!
If you surf the net you will see a class action suit is being formed against Western Nation Properties for civil rights, Ca state law health codes and discrimination as of 10/5/2010 Superior court.
No parking,No service,No privacy = Move, move move out...
See Yelp and other apartment rating sights and its all the same about this place-(10%) rating is awful and is enough to scare anyone.
