One word describes every aspect of my apartment (with the glaring exception of the rent that I pay): CHEAP. The carpet is cheap and just about any spill with stain it permanently. The paint is cheap. I am certain it is the thinnest white paint you can buy. The cabinets are cheap and mine keep falling off the hinges. The flooring is cheap. No tile here, just cheap linoleum in the kitchen area and equally low quality flooring on your patio. The rent is ridiculously high especially in light of the very low quality apartments. Not surprisingly, the walls are very thin and, as other have mentioned, the parking is very limited. The people that work at the front office are incredibly rude and condescending as well. I can't imagine why, though, because this place is definitely the bottom of the barrel in Aliso Viejo.
We needed to find a place to rent on short notice and (not surprisingly) this place had units available for "immediate move in." Boy, what a mistake! We should have lived at a Residence Inn for a while and shopped for a better place to live. Live and learn, I guess. Steer clear of this place if you can.
