Ever since the new company bought this complex and it became Summit at Alpine it's become horrible. It wasn't exactly a class act before, but at least the staff was nice. The new staff is rude and the maintenance is incompetent. They constantly turn off the water and power, frequently with no warning, when notice is given its less than 24 hours and the notice shows up at odd hours (after 11pm) we signed a short lease here and I'm so glad we didn't sign for longer the complex is terrible. The neighbors are loud and inconsiderate, dogs are allowed to roam off leash, causing issue with other dogs, and the sheriff is constantly being called. It's full of drug dealers and other crazies. The one good thing about this complex, the huge dog run, has since been converted to backyards, raising the rent and making it so that there's little if any area for dogs to be. The rent is astronomical, and the apartments are tiny and outdated. I cannot wait to get out of here. It's awful!!
