I have been here for a couple years now. The landscaping is nice and well taken care of. These are old apartments, quickly built during the late 60s, early 70s apartment complex building boom of Anaheim. The walls and windows are paper thin and I highly doubt there is any kind of insulation. You hear everything and feel all the door slams, which happen a lot. The apartment complex is pretty noisy. Lots of kids screaming around and riding skateboards. Also people with blaring TVs and radios or walking around with their speaker phone blaring on their cell phone at night having loud conversations. I don't think any of the management live here after hours, if they do then they obviously don't do any enforcement of the rules. Apartment living is noisy as it is but it's pretty bad here. Didn't used to be when I first moved in, but now when I visit my friend in a different apartment complex its a world of difference in noise level. I think I will be moving out once the lease is up. Shame, because I did enjoy it here before it seemed management gave up trying to enforce the rules. There's pretty much no guest parking and you can get an extra open parking space for a monthly fee if you got two cars. You get one assigned car port spot. They allow pets, which is nice. Surprisingly the animals are more quiet than their human companions. Maintenance is two guys. Both are very friendly and fixed whatever needed to be done. Landscaping is kept up and so is the exterior appearance of the apartments. The surrounding area is not great. I wouldn't walk out on the street at night. Sadly, most of the flatlands of Anaheim are on the decline. Complex is gated though. The first year I moved in, I would probably recommend this complex to friends. Now with the noise, I think there are better options out there. Nice thing is they offer short leases so if you gotta move this would be a good jumping pad.
