Echo this Apartment Are so disgusting And i dont like this apartment and one time my bath no working and water not going out and i tell the office and he say i don't have any employee and manger are so Rudely Talk all the time please change manger and the employees don't know how to work and so bad service And careless people And I don't like this apartment management ...

    In the morning, I called the office to fix it because I couldn't cook because the kitchen sink was clogged but nobody came so I called the office at 2 p.m. and didn't answer it, and left a message a few times, so I called the supervisor at night, but He didn't get any messages from her .I don't know why. She is very rude and uncomportable. Also 2days ago i needed invoice So i went Office to get copy. As you know it takes 5 min to pronto. But she said come next i went Office next day she didn,t do nothing. I protests. She said it takes 5 min to ,,,,,,,, Why she,s doing like chus. I have a plan to live one more tera. But i charge my mind,,,too tired.

        This complex is quite nice,even though is old.Electricity,cable,water,gas is included in the rent. Downsides: frequent plumbing repairs,noisy music from neighbors.Main issue here is noisy neighbors.

          Worst Apartment Complex

          I don't know where to start. I was a resident from 2000-2005. The place had horrible upkeep. My ceiling in my bathroom collapsed...twice. Plumbing was always broken and they would shut off the water with no notice. There is an elevator, but it's not up to regulations according to the license they have posted. It moves insanely slow and has on several occasions stopped working with passengers inside. Crime is bad. Several times I've actually had my bedroom lit up by police helicopter light as it swept the street for a gang member. My car was robbed...4 times in 5 years...in the gated and secure garage. The cameras didn't work well enough to get any sort of description of the robber. There is a pool, which is always dirty. There is a weight room, with one machine that doesn't work and a broken treadmill. There is a laundry room in each building, but only several machines in each building which can't accomodate all the residents. Jessica and Tony were never in the office.             I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GRAMERCY APARTMENTS IN ANAHEIM

            WE LIVE HERE AND REALLY ENJOY THE PEOPLE THAT LIVE HER. EVERYBODY IS SO NICE POOL IS ALWAYS CLEAN. THERE IS MAINTENANCE EMPLOYEES HERE ALWAYS DOING THE UPKEEP. THE OFFICE WORKERS ARE SO NICE ALWAYS. NICE, PEACEFUL AND FRIENDLY LIVING.

              Do not rent here

              Pros:All utilities included in the rent Cons:Bad, bad, bad management, takes FOREVER to get anything repaired. Water is constantly being shut off. Walls are paper thin(you can hear absolutely everything that your neighbors do and say). Hallways and pool are dirty. There are a lot of college students that are packed like sardines in the small apartments(5-6 people in a studio), they are running up and down the stairs and hallways at all hours. People move out a lot so you have to live with the constant smell of paint. Car alarms going off all night. Gates are constantly propped open, anyone can get in. I do not recommend living here to anyone.

                Terrible management

                This place is terrible. The managers are very unprofessional and often rude. Requests for maintenance are completely ignored. Even if you manage to get someone to come, repairs are done badly or are incomplete. You can ask 5-6 times for the same thing to be fixed and the manager on-site(Jessica) will act like she is hearing about it for the very first time. Neighbors are very noisy and inconsiderate. There are rats and cockroaches.My car has been vandalized 4 times in the underground garage, management did absolutely nothing. Once you sign the lease, you are on your own. The managers only care about how the building looks on the outside. And it doesn't look that good. The courtyard is covered in that ugly fake grass that looks like an old green carpet. They are constantly hosing it off in an effort to make it look better. Needles to say that only makes things worse. The pool hasn't been cleaned in a very long while .                   This apartment communit is great!!!

                  Ive live at the Gramercy apartments for many years. I highly recomend living there. The managers Tony & Jessica care about the property and there tennants. The exterior of the buildings are kept in above average condition, better than most apartment communities. The are a lot of parking spaces, the garages are well lit and reasonably secure. The common areas are maintained very well. You wont find much wear and tare. The apartments them selves are nice, bright and airy. The appliances are a little dated but work well. The kitchens are small but work well. It is true, if you need repirs done thay can take a long time. (A long time). It has been my observation that the managers try to get things fixed but the management company (ROWE) is not willing to give the money needed to repair things correctly. What ends up happening is repairs that the manager will make to things like plumbing braik again and rather quickly. <br>Overall the apartments are nice and cheap, all utilities included.                     Sometimes it is not the place, but the mangers could be a real trouble.

                    This apt is a cross between one bed room and a studio. It has a bedroom looking but it doesn´t have a real door. Free utilities, electricity and gas and water are free. $670 a month. It is located along the street, so it has a high noise decibel. It has a swimming pool but never seen anybody using it. A free secured parking but not big. A month to month. Watch out some units have very small refrigerators. They have their own Laundromat but the machine sucks up your money about 20% of the time, and you won´t get a refund. Mangers always promised to refund you but it was just saying, 75 cents for the laundry and 50 cents for a dry. The apartment has a lot of cockroaches and small ants problem, but then again which place is not? I hate chemicals, I just clean them very fast and nicely. It has many electric outlets but they are worn out, so plugs won´t stick that good.
