Here is an exact copy of an e-mail I sent. We were ready to rent from this people but couldn't take it any more. The manager was such a rude woman.

Hello. I am writing this e-mail to complain about the service that I received while searching for an apartment at one of your communities. My girlfriend and I were willing to over look the poor initial service we received from the Kimberly Terrace manager Jeanne and move into an apartment on July the 15th. Every step of the application process was marred by unacceptable service from the on-site manager. Jeanne was very rude to my girlfriend and me even after we had paid the application fee, filled out the application, and received approval. Due to this horrible experience, we have decided to not lease with Kimberly Terrace because of our lack of confidence with the manager. We also will take into account this experience when viewing other Rondell apartments or when referring other people to apartments. Below is the major reason why we have chose to not rent with Kimberly Terrace or Rondell homes.

On Monday I received a call from the manager Jeanne stating that my girlfriend and I were approved. I asked to see the apartment once more to take some measurements. I had some concerns over the size of our furniture. Jeanne seemed extremely annoyed and said that we had viewed an apartment and the available apartment would be the same size. I repeated that I needed to take measurements and she stated that wasn’t necessary. My girlfriend called Jeanne back to confirm the information and ask her again to see the apartment to take measurements. Jeanne was not at all willing to accommodate our simple request. She made my girlfriend feel like we were wasting her time. She asked my girlfriend why she was calling her when she had just told me all of the information. Then she said she had people in the office. My girlfriend said that she needed to see the apartment before we give a deposit. She said that our prospective apartment was not ready even though she told my girlfriend on Saturday that it would be ready on Tuesday, which is the same day that she wanted us to drop off the deposit. Then my girlfriend asked if we could see the apartment that we saw originally so that we could be sure that our furniture would fit. Jeanne asked my girlfriend “didn’t we see it twice alreadyâ€. My girlfriend told her that we only saw it once and we did not get to measure it then. Then she told my girlfriend to bring by the deposit as soon as possible and ended the phone call.
Please note, this e-mail will be placed on the website www.apartmentratings.com. Hopefully other people can avoid the same experience with your company. As a side note, I noticed that your website has not been updated since 1999. Please confirm receipt of this letter.
