Dear Anonymous, I'm so sorry you have had so much trouble with parking at Stonybrook. We do keep tight controls on the parking so all of the residents have a place to park. If there is every a question about where you can and cannot park, the friendly staff in the office would be more than happy to help you. It sounds like you have moved out and are upset about your deposit. We do not ask you to return your apartment spic and span, we realize you will have lived there for a period of time and there will be wear and tear on the apartment. The only time we charge any extra is if there is actual damage done to the apartment, and of course we have photos to show you if there are questions. I urge you to contact the manager and discuss it with them, if there was an error made, we would be happy to help you resolve it.
