The crossing of Anaheim, AKA ------ Luxury, Urine Land or Modern Plantations. The crossing is a health hazard, the dogs urine smell (Ammonia) will damage your family lungs and eyes, you will walk on urine everywhere (wet and dry), and you will carry urine in your shoes to your apartment, car and work. About 200 dog and just one small square furnished with artificial grass (no irrigation or rinsing) at the end of the building for the dogs to urinate at, dogs have to walk about 5 minutes to get to this spot, most of them don't make it and release themselves on the concrete floors, where the urine bond with the concrete and become a part of your sad life. The owners are so greedy and reckless, they know that the tenants keep getting sick and Ammonia exposure will lead to major sickness but they refuse to warn tenants or do a routine bio-sweep. Don't take the bait, the crossing front design is gorgeous, the decor is stylish and they hire good looking well-dressed staff, club house and pool that make you feel like you will live at a luxury resort, just ask yourself why the pool and club house are empty though they have 320 apartment? The staff will take you in their special tour so you only see what they want you to see, before you sign the contract, please learn: Elevators break all the time? Stairs that lead to apartments directly are revolting and dangers. Go and check the dog urination area, can you take the smell? Bring a dog urine detector light and check around, only $10.00. Most rooms don't get cell phone signals, you'll see people outside making calls. Most apartments are dark with no sunlight whatsoever. (Selfish design to fit as much units in the smallest land lot possible) The smell and trash will embarrass you in front of your guests (see pictures) Balconies have no privacy, you surrounded from every angle. Almost $150.00 extra a month for Trash service, parking permits, package receiving service, convince fees, nickel and diming etc. Car break-ins are just a regular thing here. Walk in from the side street door at night where your guests and friends will come in, people are standing and sitting on the platform smoking cigarettes and weed, a true ------ Sleepless nights, the crossing is located few steps from the train station, at night you will feel like the trains running under your apartment and shaking your bed, As it leaves the station, it makes a steadily increasing chugging sound. The whistle sounds like a forlorn call in the night. Contract says no dogs over 20 pounds, look around, Alaskan husky, Pitbull, GSD and Great Dane..... Yes Great Dane, 150 pound dog in one bedroom apartment! More urine for you And the most important question, DO YOU HAVE GOOD HEALTH INSURANCE? Ammonia exposure will lead to Tracheal burns, nasopharyngeal cancer, alveolar edema, bronchiolar edema and airway damage-leading to respiratory distress or malfunction. This would include bronchitis and pneumonia, Irritation of the airways of the lungs, making it difficult for an individual to breathe easily. Continual ammonia inhalation causes olfactory adaptation and fatigue. Individuals with weak immune systems, allergies, asthma and other health conditions-such as migraines-are especially susceptible to the risks associated with ammonia inhalation. Ammonia also cause rapid eye and skin irritation. Prolonged exposure to ammonia may cause permanent eye damage. Children are most at risk for eye and skin problems resulting from ammonia inhalation because their body-weight is lower than adults, children eyesight diminish swiftly.
