Pros * Landscaping - Villa del Rey (and several adjoining apartment complexes) are owned and operated by Rondell Homes. They have the best landscaping I have seen in Anaheim * Tenants - The tenants are quiet. Since the manager is strict, you won't find a lot of partying, loud noises. * Amenities - Two swimming pools, hot tub, gated entry, laundry rooms. * Shopping - Proximity to shopping centers. Cons * Strict manager. But then, if the manager is not strict, you can pretty much give up on expecting a nice well kept apartment. * Parking - You get 2 parking spots for a 2 bedroom apartment. Visitors would need to park outside where it's very difficult to find open spot.
