I lived here in 1999-2000. Management was very strict and Bias aganist whom they rent to. Very unrealistic-irrational at times and racist towards minorites; always watching you. Neighborhood is ------, especially if you are used to living in nice places like SOuth Orange County. Not very culturally diverse if you know what I mean. Apartments themself feel safe, due to management watching like watch dogs 24/7 however, surrounding areas on Lincoln very bad. I feared for my car parked on the street, d/t many break ins. The apartments are very old, a bit run down but "spacious" and for a good price. Some utilities are paid which is a plus. Overall apt is ok, but neighborhood sucks!!
