Resident 2010 - 2011

A recent review stated erroneously that the locks on the doors are not changed when a tenant moves out and a new one moves in. This is complete and utter nonsense. I've been living here for more than a year now, and recently moved from one of the small 1-bedroom units to a 2-bedroom townhouse. At both the old unit and the new unit, I WITNESSED maintenance changing the locks. The previous post, frankly, smacks of someone with a personal vendetta against the owners of the complex, so I urge readers to take it with a grain of salt. I won't claim that the complex is perfect, but neither has any other one I've ever lived in been, including $2k luxury apartments. The manager previous to C was a horror show from what I've heard, and C herself was about as useless as they come (I'm still baffled as to why anyone thought she was such a great manager, beyond the fact she was a doormat and let tenants walk all over her), so I would be unsurprised to hear that the two of them had done things that were less than on the up-and-up. But the current manager, A, is fantastic and gets complaints resolved quickly. Had C still been here, I wouldn't have renewed my lease much less moved to a bigger unit. The changes I've seen since A took over managing the complex are what kept me from leaving Hidden Oaks.
