I just moved in. Spectrum won't work because management won't upgrade the lines. As the Spectum technician was standing here, what was her solution? She told him to hook it up anyway even though he said I would get poor service with frequent outages. She even said that he was "told to say that by the company" so they could get more work, and that it wasn't true. When I was irritated by this she said I could go with at&t U-verse and then walked out in a huff. A one year lease...it's going to be a fun year.
