I lived here for two years and had absolutely no problems. My fridge went out after hours and they brought me a mini fridge so my food wouldn't spoil overnight. Maintenance is there weekly so if you let them know it'll be fixed within a week. When I moved out I got most of my deposit back minus carpet cleaning and I had a pet in my unit. I would definitely recommend!
