I made the mistake of signing the lease before moving into the apartment. Once the keys were turned over to me... I was shocked to see that the linoleum in the kitchen and both bathrooms had holes / a lot of wear and tear. Also, the carpet had stains throughout the apartment. The blinds were bent, screen door had a tear, front door was dented/dinged, and there were dead cockroaches throughout the apartment. Once I moved out, they had higher expectations then when I moved in... leaving me with a charge for this and that. (i.e. drip pan for the oven, paint touch up on the front door, etc. etc.)
I don't know if this is the way Royal T. Management runs their business or if it is just how the onsite management manages the property. One thing is certain, I will not be moving back into this complex.
One last thing, recent posts about the cockroach problem... IT IS VERY TRUE! YOU WILL FIND AT LEAST 4 or MORE COCKROACHES EVERY MORNING THROUGHOUT THE APARTMENT.
