      High turn-over rate, derelict and belligerent management issues. Lazy incompetent maintenance employees. ANY nuisance is never abated. Criminal derelicts always trespassing.         Lived there for about 6 months. Probably one of the most quite apartment complexes ive ever lived at. Good prices and nice staff also.Just wish they had a few more washers and dryers. I would recommend this place to any one.

                                    We reallylike this place compared to the New Desert Vista Apts we stayed in...The management here is nice,where over there they were jerks I rate this place an 9 in scenery and 10 on curteousness
