Catania Regency Apartments
Resident · 2006 - 2008
I lived at the Catania Regency apartments for about three years until I bought a house. I had a one-bedroom apartment that was pretty good sized with a very big kitchen (tons of cabinet space), big living room, above average size bedroom and a great balcony that ran the length of my apartment. Two good sized closet plus a linen clost. My apartment had a pretty good view but from what I could tell the front apartments had a great view and some don't have a view. On-site managers were good (did not see them much). Not much traffic goes by because it is located at the end of a court. Parking could be tight at times because of this but all apartments have at least one covered carport and storage (came in handy). I also rented an additional parking space for $30 per month (reasonable). The building is pretty quiet and well maintained. The few times I requested to have something fixed it was usually taken care of in a day or two. Maintenance person was friendly and seemed to know everyone. Building has laundry and pool (not heated but clean). Overall I would rate it about 8.5 out of 10.
