I do not recommend sterling heights Apartments due to very high rent increases, paying about $150-160 water/sewer/trash monthly on top of rent, and there's been several car break break ins. There's also "trash pickers" that go through the property dumpsters about 5 am several times a week. Office staff are nice - but it's just not worth the cost.
