As soon as our lease was up we were out of there! Not only were there about 4 break ins in apts while we were there, but atleast 3 times we received notices on locking our cars due to CAR BREAK INS and they stole my husband's motorcycle from there. The staff except for Laura seem careless. I am currently disputing the charges they made for the clean up of the apt. I wish we would have taken pictures, we left it super clean! They charged us for carpet cleaning and paint which was fine, but then they added another bill for replacing a sink and then $150 cleaning. EXCUSE ME?! First off I dont remember anything being wrong with the sink and it sure didn't look new but apparently they claim it was new and that when we left it had a chip. I honestly dont know of any chip, they said maybe we dropped something, other than our toothbrushes I dont know what else I would have dropped on my sink! And $150 for clean up charges? Are you kidding me?! I bleached the tubs, my husband scrubbed the floors on HIS KNEES and cleaned the fridge. Its crap. Everyone keeps giving me the run around and claiming that they would have discussed what needed to be done on the inspection, WHICH was not done to our knowledge even though the paper states we have the right to an inspection and to be present which I requested and have the copy of requesting to be present. Nobody ever contacted us and now they claim we should have asked, THAT IS NOT MY JOB! Now they wants us to do their job for them??? When you leave here DONT EXPECT YOUR DEPOSIT BACK because they will not return it! I am spreading the word on these apts, awful experience with rude staff. The regional manager I finally got a hold of who asked if I could please call back on wednesday because she is on "vacation"... this is how they handle disputes, how nice!
