Emerald Gardens Apartments

The outside is well kept. Lots of plants and greenery, hence the name. Pool but no jacuzzi. The front section of the complex is very nice and quiet perhaps due to the fact that the manager office is located there. The farther back you go into the complex, the more roudy it gets. There are 110 units all together. Parking is horrible. Only one space per unit even though all the units are two bedrooms. This is income restricted property so they do verify your income with your employer. Five laundry facilities on site. No Pets Allowed. Clean inside. Friendly staff but slow to get things done.
