This place was good when I moved in (mid 2006), but slowly went downhill from there. The management always changes and one person has no idea what the other says. After a year the water bill started showing up after being told we were not responsible for water upon moving in. Then there is the spotty WiFi (it's included, they say) until it finally just stopped working. Upon inquiry, I was told it would not be coming back for several months because they forgot to pay the bill. Should this be the tenants problem?
