Overpriced, bad management, overly noisy
I have never lived in an apartment complex that's this bad all around, and it's the most expensive place I've ever lived. Don't be fooled by the faux "marble" countertops they've started putting in some of the places to attract new renters. Don't rent unless they make the following real improvements: -newer, better appliances (the dishwashers are especially bad) -properly sealed, double-pained windows (noise, mold, and lack of insulation are really bad problems) -a new plumbing system (the current plumbing is really, really loud and there are frequently problems requiring them to turn the water off for hours) -an efficient heating system (the heating elements are in the ceiling, causing big cracks in the ceiling and it's really hard to heat the apartment in the winter) -better vermin control As the apartments are now, I wouldn't pay more than $1050/month for two rooms or $750/month for one room. The location is ok, but the neighborhoods to the north are bad. Any more than that and you're paying too much for a pretty crappy place.Share This Review
