NOT a nice place to live unless management changes
I´ve been living at Union Station for over three years now and at first I was very happy. The last landlord, Caroline, was always very friendly, helpful, considerate, and most importantly, RESPONSIVE. The current management is pretty bad.

I´m not a picky or demanding person but when my ONE toilet stops working and I call the emergency pager asking for service, I DON´T expect the manager to call me back with an attitude. I don´t appreciate having the landlord call MY home saying very gruffly and without any hello first, "What, what do you want?"

Also, if management has a problem with someone sending offending letters, it´s not appropriate to mail off a letter to everyone in the complex complaining about it. I don´t expect to be accosted by the day´s mail when Iým just trying to relax after working all day.

I hope either the property owners or management come across this thread. Who are the property owners anyway? Tenants were never given that information. Perhaps, you might consider a change in attitude. I´m ready to give my hard-earned money to another property that treats it´s tenants like human beings.
