If I had the option to give zero stars, I would. Don't move here. We have been dealing with a cockroach infestation for over a year. They hired a company to do "routine pest control", but the problem only got worse. They admitted to firing the company because they had so many complaints from the residents, but did not redo the treatments. Then we had a "routine home inspection" 6 months ago where I complained about the cockroaches again. Nothing. Finally about 2 weeks ago, after we made numerous complaints about various maintenance issues, they scheduled us for a deep treatment for our roach problem. By the time we got home, there were THOUSANDS of dead roaches for us to deal with (we have video evidence) and many more are still alive today. In fact, I had to go to the ER at 2am because one burrowed into my ear... so far that I was bleeding and they couldn't get it out with tweezers, they had to blast it out with water and temporarily damage the membrane. I had pain in my inner ear for a few day as well as minor bleeding. This company refuses to take any responsibility. When confronted with this story and told of the psychological damages I have incurred, they say their only record of us having any issues with this place was recorded in February. Their record keeping is crap. They won't take care of their residents. They refuse to even pay for a hotel for us to stay in until the problem is resolved. All of our furniture is ruined. AND we just discovered we have bed bugs. Not to mention, the property manager hung up on my husband when he got frustrated for them refusing to provide a habitual home for us. They don't care. Also, gangs, violence, drug problems, graffiti, mold, lazy maintenance solutions. I doubt they even do the background check (required by law). We have had many instances of police officers, with guns drawn, taking down our neighbors. DONT MOVE HERE!!!!!

Thank you for taking the time to post a review and I would also like to thank you for cooperating with the staff in scheduling pest control in your unit. We do offer free routine pest control services on a weekly basis for our residents. We do request our residents sign an authorization form to treat and thank you for taking care of that for us. If there was a lack in communication or miscommunication previously, our sincere apologies. I am so happy to hear that we are working towards a solution and hopefully we can clear this up quickly.
