The apartment itself is quite satisfactory, other than that the appliances are cheap, the fixtures, carpet, and flooring are very average, and the stairs and walkways are dirty. It's basically a "wannabe luxury apartment" that tries to get there with cutting corners, such as fake granite formica counters, fake granite linoleum floors, and cheap window blinds....
My personal opinion from dealing with the office staff on various occasions is that they are somewhat immature, patronizing, and in need of some training in basic people skills. I think they try but they just don't really hit the mark in terms of genuine expertise, fairness, and common sense....kind of like the apartments themselves don't really hit the mark in terms of being a class act..
I would put my name down but I am a little afraid of retaliation from the office staff, and we have not moved out yet....although we plan to do so when our lease is up....which is actually their loss as we are great tenants!
