I have lived at the Continental Apartments for two years now. The old posts are still accurate while the new posts are fairly accurate as well. There has been construction going on to paint the buildings, make a new rental office, but these repairs take extremely long and have yet to be completed. They do not do nice work, just enough to make things appear improved. There are several "families/households" that are currently dealing or doing drugs. This includes most, if not all, of the teen agers. If you have children I would seriously suggest looking at another apartment so your children do not get involved with the high drug pressence in the kids here. I have heard things about cars being broken into and about sexual predators but I do not have personal experience in this area. I do have personal experience in knowing that while management is nice they do not necessarily do the things they promise. Make sure you remove your clothes promptly from the washer/dryers or have them stolen. Careful where you walk because people do not clean up after their dogs. Also, the children that run the place feel no need to throw their garbage away, instead it lays all over the facililty for the maintenance man to pick up. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone who has another option. Make this your last possible place to rent.
