I lived at Marconi Gardens for almost two years and thought the place was overall pretty decent, having not a problem for a long time. Then when I had my first problem, Gretchan, the manager, was unbelievably rude! There was never any parking past 10pm so having no other choice, I parked in the front visitor's parking and she threw a fit and tagged my car with a "warning" sticker. And even if you did park inside the gates, your car still wasn't safe (2 cars were stolen the same night and nobody did anything). Then her cats would wander all over the grounds and cry outside my windows and try to sneak inside my apartment. The funny thing is she won't let anyone else have cats. She blames you for everything that goes wrong, from an appliance breaking to lack of parking. She is the most crabby, irritable old woman I have ever meet who needs a life. She tries to butt her nose into everyone else's personal lives and hopefully the management will get rid of her soon. Unless you feel like living in with your parents again, don't move in to this complex, because this woman is not worth it.
