Stay away!!!
Location-wise. It is sitting next to the 405 freeway and Main Street. That means NOISE and lots of it. The 405 freeway is quite noisy. When you go visit the place during the day, the 405 is not moving as much as it is moving at night. During the day, the noise that you hear is tolerable. During the night, when vehicles are traveling at around 70 mph, the noise is just unbelievable. There is that continuous hum that a 33 decibel earplug could not plug out. Next to it is a driving range that stays open until pretty late - around 11PM at least. More Noise and forget your privacy. Those sliding glass doors gives golfers a pretty good view of your living room or room if your renting a studio. Across the street from Main Street and west of the complex are 2 commercial facilities. A pepsi cola plant and a waste management plant. Between those two, there's this really sharp stinky smell that permeates the air especially at night. Feel free to use your imagination to visualize what you're smelling. As for the place itself, it is good and roomy except that it was still smelling from the previous tenants use when I started living in there. Shower and bath are okay but you can forget about the kitchen for their studio. Its too small it is almost non-existent. As for management, from 1 to 10 with 10 being the best, they'd score a 2 with an amazing lack of integrity being the foremost fault. CSU students, do yourself a favor. Look for a place in Torrance or in Long Beach. 5 minute difference in drive will be worth it.Review 1 out of 1
