I lived @ Continental for 4-5 years. Things seemed to be in some kind of order when Harold (R.I.P) was the manager. He was old, yes, but he still managed to earn respect and got people to abide by the rules somehow.

Then it just got loud, a lot of --------- moved in (I'm not a racist, I happen to be -------- myself) and the place just went down the drain.

Loud music at night, and even past midnight, the complex was always dirty, let's not talk about all the mold on the walls... just dirty and poorly maintained. It gets really hot during the summer, especially if you live in the upper levels, and the hallways have this hospital kind of feel.

I do NOT recommend this place. You can get something else way better for the same amount of money.

Not safe, not nice, not quiet, and it's a bad neighborhood too. A lot of cars get broken into... it's just a mess.
