SatisFacts, a sister company to ApartmentRatings, offers surveys that measure renters satisfaction at key points throughout the renter lifecycle: Touring, Move-In, Maintenance, and Lease Renewal. The questions from each survey type that are based on a 1-5 point scale are then added into the calculation of the community's epIQ Grade.

Thank you for reaching out to us with your concerns. As we explained to you previously, we have to enforce the use of the meal plan you have chosen. Our contractor has a to-go program available if you would like to take food with you and everyone must scan their card prior to obtaining a meal. We have no record of your observations regarding food quality, so we're disappointed to hear that you are displeased with the meals that are freshly prepared by professional chefs from locally-sourced ingredients. Your monthly installment is an even distribution of the cost designed to cover all open periods and the pricing would be considerably higher if meals were also provided over breaks.
