Let me just make one thing clear about moving in to Timber Creek- do not expect to be greeted with a warm welcome. After 6 hours on my first night of moving in as a college freshman, my car was towed because I forgot to have my permit in the mirror. Yes that was a mistake on my part but mind you, Timber Creek has all of my license/car information stored on file. Why? Well according to the girl working in the front office it was made clear that she had my license/car information on file for her "own reasons"- not to make the tower aware that the owner of the car has ALREADY PAID FOR PARKING. To make matters worse, if it wasn't made clear enough to me -very rudely- after that one mistake not to make it again by paying the $200 dollars I was forced to pay to get my car back, I was sent an extremely unnecessary email after the incident from Timber Creek saying, "There are no first time exceptions. It's the resident's responsibility to make sure their parking permit is displayed.". Clearly I did not ask for a "first time exception". Do not expect the staff to be helpful or mindful of your questions.
