DO NOT MOVE HERE! I've lived here for a year now and I just can't wait to leave. I'm going to be brutally honest with my experience here. 1. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING. The parking spaces realistically can only fit little smart cars. If you try parking anywhere but your covered parking you will get your car scratched and dented. They attempted to say they're making new parking but they only repainted over the old parking, which made no difference to the problem. TOWING drives around the property every night, I parked in the fire lane for 15 minutes while I put groceries and my son in the house because there is NEVER any parking. and I come outside to find my car towed. Had to pay $275 to get it back. 2. SECURITY SUCKS. I got my car broken into and when I reported it they didn't even care. They acted like it was normal to get your car broken into. I also saw a homeless man in the trashcan near my unit EVERY morning. When I reported it because I was concerned for the safety of my son, they didn't do anything. The answer I got from the manager was "I have no control more than you do". Then I don't know why you're a manager. 3. THERE ARE ROACHES EVERYWHERE! 4. When I first got my apartment my appliances didn't come until a couple days later. all the grocery shopping I did went to waste. They said they were expecting it to come the day I moved in but it never did. Thats besides the fact that the apartment had so many things that needed to be fixed. There was a huge black stain in the bottom of my toilet. It looked like someone had pooped in it and it stained, except for the stain never came off. I was so embarrassed to have any guests use the restroom. When I asked them to come fix it or replace the toilet they refused to replace it. All they did was scrub it and say that's all they can do. it was so ugly and embarrassing. I was so upset I had to pay rent for something I didn't like. 5. My sink water was brown for a whole day before someone came and fixed it. It makes me wonder where the water is coming from. 6. When it was time for my lease to be over, they failed to remind or mention to me that I had to put a 30 day notice. I called and let them know I was moving way before 30 days of my lease termination and the lady I spoke to said the last day of rent would be August 13. Not until I called again and asked if I can leave the 7th did another girl say I needed to send them a 30 day notice. It was already July 18th so now I have to pay beyond my lease until July 18th. They gained an extra 5 days of rent and tried to say well its on your lease contract. I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH YOU AND YOU FAILED TO MENTION IT. Im not going to remember a year later esp if you made it seem like my lease was over august 13th regardless. Overall, this was the worst living experience my family has had. Everyone should love where they live and that's why I made sure to be honest to all those who read reviews before moving into a place!
