Would not recommend Reserve at Chino Hills to anyone. They will charge you for the normal wear and tear of the apartment when you move out, no matter how clean it is. SO BE AWARE EVERYBODY!! I lived here for one year and did a completely cleaning for the entire apartment. I had no pet so the carpet was at a clean and after-normal-using condition. When I noticed the staff I would be moving out in 30 days, I asked her what should I do? She said only returning the keys and everything would be OK. But after I returning the keys and moved out, they charged me a total fee of $225 ($115 for apartment cleaning and another $100 for carpet cleaning), which is almost half of my security deposit. The most important thing is that they charged this fee for my moving-out fee without any notice. They only sent me a check with an unfinished PO from their cleaning vendor. I tried to talk with Ms. Lisa, the property manager. But that didn't work. She said their staff shouldn't tell every resident to make a moving-out check together with their team, it's by myself to miss the opportunity. Full of nonsense!!
