I have lived at Village Crossing (formerly Woodview), the Missions, the Summit and Green Valley over the past several years. Village Oaks, overall, takes the cake. The grounds themselves are gorgeous and well maintained. It is nestled in the middle of a very upscale community of newer track style homes. Taking walks or going for morning runs is a joy. The view off of the side of the bluff of the Inland Empire is amazing. Really try and get a room with a view of it. The office staff is very friendly and you quickly get to know each of them personally if you are willing. The girl that actually drew up my contract remembered me by name the entire time I lived there. The layout of the 2 bedroom, 2 bath is ideal for living with a roommate as there is more than adequate separation between the rooms so you don't disturb one another. The parking can be a bit of a pain, but that all depends on what unit you get. Some places have more than enough, others not so much. All of the neighbors I got to know were very friendly and very quiet. Also, this is the ONLY apartment complex anywhere close to its price range that includes washer, dryer, AND fridge for no additional charge. I lived here for a year in a 1 bedroom, then about 6 months in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath. I moved out with my mother to look for a condo to buy. I've since decided that this isn't the right time for me to purchase and now I can't wait to move back!! Thank's Village Oaks!!
