Village Oaks Condominium Rntls
Resident · 2005 - 2009
Just renewed my fourth year recently, I like the quiet location and landscaping which reminds me of the Midwest where I grew up. I find the staff to be very courteous, the office staff know me by name even though I rarely stop by. I have had some maintenance issues (fridge, water heater, leaking heat exchanger) which are always resolved but sometimes it took more than one complaint. With the one bedroom units one covered parking spot is included but it is tight (which normal in the complexes around here). If you need extra spots the community parking can be hard to find depending on your location. My one complaint is the interior which have dated looking (early 90's era) cabinet, bathroom fixtures and tacky mirrored closet doors in the bedroom(s). IMO, they should start a modernization project to update these items. Noise will depend a lot on your neighbors, I can't complain but it takes a lot to bug me. The price increase has averaged 3.5% per year, jumping a lot more in some years than others, and I feel that this place is a good value all things considered. I moved from Missions at Chino Hills and feel the $200 I'm saving a month is well worth the older structure and smaller units.
