I have watched this place decline to the point I gave my notice. The calibre of the office staff is terrible. They seem to be completely disorganized (want 60 days notice but didn't send renewal notice until 35), are adept at making excuses for maintenance not getting done, and do not have specific policies regarding transfers, what is allowed to be kept on balconies, etc. The rules change frequently and without warning. They do not clean the grounds or do routine maintenance inside the units like they once did. Trash is a problem both in the trash recepticle area as well as on the grounds. The grass (what there is left of it) is littered with dog poop. They make no effort whatsoever to enforce their pet policies. They seem to have no decided to provide pool, gym, BBQs and bathroom facilities for the public because the gates are always unlocked, even after 10 pm when they are supposed to be padlocked by the security company they no longer employ. Tenants have complained but they ignore them, completely oblivious to the potential for liability should someone get hurt while attending one of the frequent late night pool parties with alcohol. Don't bother talking to the manager about the problems. She hides and lets her untrained office staff handle the complaints. No wonder they have so much turnover. I am moving but I will be back to use the free facilities. Why pay a premium for a "luxury,gated community" when the gates are wide open and the "luxury" is free to whomever walks in.
