My family and I have lived here for almost 5 years, I think we are well over due for a review, I've seen management change, maintenance change, security change; I can say I am pretty content with how things are NOW rather than 5 yrs ago. No one care about what was going on, and I've come to the conclusion that change is not always necessarily bad, the changes that have been made have turned out to be great. Management does well on managing the property, my work orders are getting completed by maintenance, and above all security is doing an amazing job with handling the minors. Ball playing is out the door, the noise level is fair for apt living, I always recommend Park Villas because not only am I satisfied here BUT you get a $300 referral fee!!!!
