I´ve lived at Sunridge for nearly 6 years and have few complaints about my experience there. The management office team (though the turnover seems high) is very attentive to tentants needs and makes it a pleasant place to reside. A relatively small complex (80 units), the grounds are well maintained and much effort is put into making it a comfortable place to live. It´s very centrally located in an attractive area. Floorplans are spacious and very functional. Amenities including washer/dryer in each apartment and fireplaces offer more of a "home" feel as opposed to an "apartment" feel. Sunridge has been a good place to live.
