    Never live next to a community pool.

    My mother had to move with me here due to my work and I take care of her health due to Parkinson's. This is our third year here.. they’ve THEYVRE RAISED THE RENT ON US TWICE which is now at (from 21-2400$$... That's insane. take two months just to bid a broken drawer in the kitchen only to have it break again a week later. Security? WHAT security? the last time I saw any form of security was an unmanned security vehicle PARKED in resident parking. Whatever the draw to living next to a pool would be for you, DON'T. DON'T DO IT. gross teenagers in the hot tub past 3 am bumpin' uglies, a slew of Russians adopt the pool after ten pm as their personal Russian spa. Can’t forget about the unknowns who make a whole lot of noise during the closing hours of the pool. (yes. There've been some ------ --- parties that lasted that long ) yes when you pass by them (and can’t see them but they see you) and it gets quiet as crickets, it’s the most uncomfortable feeling ever.       We are starting our fourth year here! I would highly recommend living here!! Everyone in in the office is so kind and helpful! Our maintenance people come quickly and are very friendly! The Apartment Complex is doing many activities to bring together all of us as a community!!! Steve and I enjoy living here!!!

        My experience at Autumn Ridge is great! The office girls are excellent!They are ALL wonderful, caring, and professional. My husband and I are NEVER GOING TO LEAVE!:)Maintenance is great and comes in a timely manner! I love the grounds as well!

          I have been living here for two years and I would like to live here more. I am very dissatisfied by the price increasing.There's no loyalty for current residents. The price for the new resident is lower than for current. Moreover we are obligated to pay 30 doll for the unsolicited valet service for every month .This service is not provided on daily basis. On the weekends there is a lot of garbage near all apartments which will cause in summer an horrible smell and appearance of cockroaches everywhere. The community isn't safe. A lot of homeless people come everyday in the pool and wash their staff. The pool appliances are not renovated for several years.We don't want to pay the increased price by 120 dollars for month, we would like to pay less because there is no change in apartment improvements. I understand that this is not the office staff fault, the girls are very receptive on each demand. I only want to have a fixed price for each year. My husband's salary is not increasing so fast.             The best member of the helpful office staff has been Brooke she gets whatever the task may be or question and or concern addressed and taken care of in a timely manner even on days when she has a ton of things to complete she has always found the time to help me in any of my dilemmas she is the reason I have stayed here as long as I have and she will be missed now that I am moving into a house THANK YOU BROOKE!

              I moved in 3 months ago and am very happy with my choice - this place is clean, quiet and well managed. I habe enjoyed the pool in this crazy weather and am looking forward to the new gym they are building. The manager, staff and on site crew are super helpful - pay your rent on time and you will have no problems. I highly recommend this place and actually have a friend moving into a 2 bedroom next month. The remodeled apartments are awesome. Thanks

                I really like living here. My apartment is quiet, my neighbors are nice and people keep to themselves. There is always parking available and they keep the property clean. I had an issue with my washing machine a while back and they sent someone the same day to fix it. There is something to be said about management and the people who work here when they are so helpful. I've lived in some really nice (over priced) apartments and so far, I'm really impressed with my experience here. I would recommend living here to my friends and family, so that says a lot.

                  Plain and simple DO NOT MOVE HERE AND DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME DOING A TOUR. This place is a complete rip off. The only thing good here recently is the maintenance they are amazing and very kind people. Parking is horrible, there's always someone parking in my spot or people blocking me in or out by parking in the fire lane so you have to blow your horn and wait 20 minutes. The worst part about the parking is my visitors literally have you walk a mile or more to get to my house from an open visiting space. Late at night people speed through the complex drunk trying to find a spot. Most of the close visiting spots have broken down cars that have been there for months. It's reported to the management but nothingis ever done. Everyone in here has like 2-3 cars so parking is the worst.                     We lived at Autumn Ridge for almost two years. It Never really felt like home... Please refer to the * reviews that are not recamended* They can be found by clicking on the link at the bottom of the page..this will help get an accurate idea of Autum Ridge. Also please visit the office early because office personell do not stay until 6 pm. They leave 10 to 15 minutes early. The move in rate is Low because of the area and the nature of Autumn Ridge...The moe out rate is extremely high ...Inspect everything thoroughly before you move in...ride through at night...**sit in the loby as if you were a tenant or visitor waiting for someone observe how the office personell conduct them self...due your homework..everyone is nice in thebeggining its after you've signed an extensive agreement is when the tru behaviour starts to surface..the ugly truth....everyones experience is different but a negative environment is a hard citation to deal with especially when that's where you LIVE!!!

                      I had lived at this apartment complex for more than 9 years. My husband and I bought a house so we notified them that were moving out. The level a service plummeted. We did request a pre-move out walk through (more than a month before move out day) and they let us know that they would call us to schedule it to fall within 14 days of our move out. We were fine with that. A week before our move out day and they had yet to call us to schedule, I had to go into the office and schedule it myself. Then they didn't even show up at the scheduled time. They showed up a half hour after the scheduled time. That's after I had to call down to the office to see why no one had showed up. Then I requested something in writing/an itemized list of what came up in the walk-through and ----- made me feel so bad for requesting this.                           I have been living in the complex for almost 6 months and am incredibly happy and more than satisfied with all of the staff. The office crew is more than accommodating and very friendly and helpful. I am very much impressed with how amazing the maintenance staff has been. I've had several instances where I needed something checked or fixed and put in a work order in the morning and on the same day it was fixed. It is so refreshing to know that while I'm at work, I can trust that my house will be safe and taken care of and that when I come home, everything Will be fixed.

                            I have been living here for less than a year and I so completely happy with everything. The staff is great they go our of their way to make you truly feel at home. I know you cant pick your neighbors but may I just say that ours are FANTASTIC. It truly feels like a community. The maintenance staff is awesome. Whenever I have a request they answer promptly usually by the next business day. They are so sweet, efficient , and attentive to your requests. Would totally recommend these apts! Last thing, there is so much parking! My last complex it was always a problem for guests but not here. Always open spots!

                              I've been in a 2x2 at Autumn Ridge now for almost a year. Honestly, I was quite suprised at some of these reviews. Like most "communal living" situations, there are pros and cons but I've lived in many different complexes over the last 10 years(both locally and bay area) and I must say, this is a great place to live. The parking is great and the grounds always look nice and are well kept. There are trees throughout the property which I really like - you dont feel like you are living in a concrete jungle. The management and staff are wonderful to work with and maintanence team does a stellar job with repairs/fixes. I live near one of the many pools on the property and really enjoy the amenity during warm summer months. I would recommend Autumn Ridge to anyone. I guess the bottom line is - if you pay your rent on time and keep your drama to yourself you shouldn't have a problem.

                                STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! Seriously, it is bad. The price isn't good enough to even come here when there are better places IN THE AREA at the same price!!! My girlfriend and I were looking for an apartment right after graduating college. We made a list of places to go to. Autumn Ridge was part of it but when we got here the person that showed us the place was amazing (the only amazing part). How he describe it, he sold us right there. BIG MISTAKE!!!! We saw our place and it looked fine. Once we moved in to a downstairs apartment, that's when we started seeing the issues with this place. -First move our ceiling was leaking water -They do not truly clean the apartment grounds. They hire a team with leaf blowers who blow everything around. Including near apartment Patios and cars. This is so dumb, I washed my car by hand to make it amazing and literally the next day it was covered by pollen due to them using the blowers to clean everything.                                   I really miss living at these apartments. I lived in an upstairs 2X2 for 15 months in 2011-2012. The floor plan was really ideal for a roommate situation like mine. I loved that each of the bedrooms were on opposite sides of the apartment and there was plenty of living/dining space to share. The appliances and the overall look of the apartment isn't "amazing" but the living conditions are great- I had no problems with bugs or anything breaking down on me. The complex was usually pretty quiet. I never felt like my safety was threatened. The staff in the office were mostly pleasant. The only reason I moved out of Autumn Ridge is because my roommate situation didn't work out and I wasn't able to afford an apartment on my own. I would move back here in a heartbeat if I could!

                                    There are good and bad aspects of this place. Start with the bad news: I have lived here for 3 days and even before I moved in I called out the flaws of this place. MANGEMENT: They delayed our move by four days because they couldn't get our renter/ employment verifications through in time. Also they had to paint or something??? Every time I asked why the delay I got different answers. This left me homeless for those days. ALSO, BE CAREFUL WHEN SIGNING YOUR DEPOSIT AND 1st MONTH RENT AGREEMENT! They delayed our move but they DO NOT deduct rent for those 4 days AND they tried to charge us for app fees we ALREADY PAID!!! When I finally dropped off the check for the new amount they tried to say I didn't owe as much but realized they grabbed "the wrong file".                                         These apartments are the worst, most stressful place I have ever lived at. When they show you what the apartments looks like you are taken to the model apartment which has newer appliances and looks nice. I asked to be shown the actual apartment I would be moving into. The appliances are very old, early 80 s with fake wood grain. The washer and dryer were Tabaco yellow color from the 70 s, way different from the model they show you. A serious remodel is very much needed. The parking sucks. My parking spot is very far away from my apartment maybe a 5th mile away. The maintenance staff does do a good job at fixing things and are very nice I will give them that. They rent to druggy low life s here. If you walk the grounds you are confronted by the smell of skunk pot smoke and dog crap. No one picks up after their dogs.                                           This seemed as if it were safe, but it is not, there has been numerous vehicle break ins, slice tires, and personal items off of porch including bicycles since we have lived here. They do not replace your things and there are no cameras. It takes numerous calls to get things fixed. We should have picked somewhere else to live, we will be moving when our lease is up.                                             cheap and decent apartments. not the highest quality by far. but very spacious and nice-looking for good prices. the grounds look attractive and are generally well-kept (except for the dog poop, which is really the fault of negligent dog wners)lots of shops around etc... my only issue with the place was the overall sketchiness of it. as in, the consistently broken pedestrian gates that allowed crack-heads to wander in off the street 24/7, the homeless people dumpster diving in the trash in the mornings, and the people wandering around soliciting from door to door in a "gated" community. it made me feel uncomfortable to walk to the gym or even walk around PERIOD after dark, especially with sketchy people hanging out by the pools at night.                                               I've been living at Autumn Ridge Apts. for 4 years. In the last two years, the owner has gotten really cheap about fixing things. Hot tubs and decks broken for over a year, if you report things broken, the staff gets mad at you, and they don't fix it. FPI has had over 20 different employees in the office here since I have been here. It's a real mess because the hire people with no experience and no education in property management so the people are intimidated to start with, so you get a lot of snotty young people. We had a guy playing rap music with a boom box in the work out room and the staff said it was so cool and they let him do it.                                                 Staff- I lived at Autumn ridge for 3 years. In that time, the office staff changed quite frequently, but there was no real problem with that. The office staff are very courteous and attempted to be very helpful (especially Jet). What is most frustrating about the office staff is they seem scared to take initiative. Everything has to be ran by the property manager herself before action can be taken. This can be quite unfortunate and unhelpful as she seems to be a very busy woman and it can take up to a full work day to get her to even contact you back let alone fix the problem. Parking- the only issue I had with parking was that my parking spot was across the complex from my apartment and the office staff refused to put me on a waiting list for one of the closer spots.                                                   If you like living with a bunch of people that don't have respect for other people, then this place is for you. People throw garbage into the dumpster, that is not in bags, which causes flies and smells. Charges us $25 for water, and then they water 2 times a day 7 days a week. They don't seem to care that we are on an odd day watering schedule. The outside of the buildings all need to be pressured washed. I have lived here 2 1/2 yrs and no washing of buildings. There are people all the time jumping the fences and wandering thru the complex. The security service is not the best. I heard people get cars broken into and cars stolen. I think there are more dogs then people living here. People let their dogs crap and don't pick up after them. I have seen pitbulls in here also.
