Bad, very bad.
Like all their other properties this one is just as bad. Their manager turn around is ridiculous (I dealt with 5 different managers within 2 months). They really don't care about you; only the money. If you try to apply they will try to find any little reason to deny you so you can pay double the deposit ($1000, which they'll try and keep. Check review on Woodbridge - belongs to same company) and they still want a co-signer along with that. I wouldn't recommend it at all.Share This Review
