Moving in was the easy part. Moving out is another story. Expect to be nicked and dimed for every cent you put down in your deposit. The management is hard to deal with as the manager is also unfriendly and makes it sound as its your fault every time something malfunctions. It's not our fault the oven is OLD and needs to be updated. Appliances are okay, but beware when it breaks down you could be blamed for it. We saved a neighbors apartment from catching on fire by calling the fire department because they left the pan of food on the stove...and when we called the manager she called us liars for 'thinking' we heard the fire alarm and saw smoke in the apt. Turns out, it was way true and the firefighters saved the apartment from further smoke and possible flames! So yes, get used to being blamed or doubted here. If you live here, I guess you have to float or something and not walk on the floors or carpets...don't touch anything...because you will be charged for it when you move out even if they don't need to repaint or fix it ever. You'll be charged for it all, even their mistakes. Not recommended. Apparently they expect you to re-wax your own floors before you move out too!
