Hensley at Corona Pointe Apartments
Resident • 2000 - 2005 Not Recommended
I have lived at Baywood since 2000. The rent continues to go up. I now pay $1,055 for a 2br 1ba. My lease is up the end of this year and I know it will go up at "least" $100 or more. We "now" have to pay for water, which we "never" did. Apartment is small. Stacked washer/dryer. No hook-up for ice-maker. Applicances are old. Carpet is cheap. When someone moves out and they have to spray paint their bathtub enclosure, you can smell the "toxic" fumes forever. It is in your lease that you may be exposed to "harmful" and "toxic" chemicals. What is with this? They don't even notify you they are going to spray an apartment with these "toxic" paints before so that you can leave for the day. I could buy a small house for what I am paying here. In fact, I am looking.Someone tried to break into my car and messed up the locks and door handle. Some kids threw a baseball through my back window and ran, and I had to pay to have it replaced. Two guys broke into my apartment while I was asleep. They jumped over the patio fence and came in through the screen door. I left the glass door open for air. "Won't do that again." Corona police closed the case right away. These guys stole a bunch of my son's stuff, my wallet with everything in it and my cell phone. Now, we keep everything "locked tight" "all the time."
